•personal data are processed in order to carry out the process of sale, purchase or performance of service
The basis of data processing is:
– legal obligation of the Purchaser art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) RODO
– fulfilment of contractual obligations art. 6 par. 1 letter b) RODO
– fulfilment of the legitimate interest of the Purchaser / Vendor in order to diligently execute the purchase order or sale of goods or services article 6(1)(f) RODO.

•Recipients of personal data will be only entities for which Trent Sp. J. provides services and entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law.
•Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the implementation of the purchase, sales service and for the period incumbent on Trent Sp. J. under applicable law.

•Submission of personal data is voluntary and may be related to the proper implementation of the process of purchase, sale or service. The person submitting personal data has the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction, as well as the withdrawal of consent.
•The person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
